ABSTRACT
PCM to air heat exchanger storage system is a solution to store energy in building ventilation system. In this work PCM to air heat exchanger storage experimental system has been developed and tested. The heat exchanger is tested in a open loop which provide constant air flow rates with temperature changes selected such that PCM is allowed to melt & solidify. The PCM used for heat exchanger is paraffin wax. The air velocity during charging and discharging is varied from 0.5 m/sec to 2 m/sec and wattage from 500 W to 1000 W. The results shows that increase in the air velocity leads to decrease the charging time as well as discharging time and thus agitates the charging and or discharging. At 1000 W, charging time reduces by 60 % with increase in air velocity from 0.5 m/sec to 2 m/sec and at same wattage the discharging time reduces by 30% with increase in air velocity from 0.5 m/sec to 2 m/sec. This leads to conclusion that for fast charging and discharging can be achieved by increasing the air velocity.

ABSTRACT
In the previous couple of years, the ground water level in India all in all and in Rajasthan, specifically, is going down. The state is confronting a dry spell like circumstance. Ninety-nine percent dams of Rajasthan are totally or are at the skirt of drying. Significant urban communities like Bharatpur, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur are confronting the huge issue of drinking water. Over the most recent couple of years, the number of inhabitants in these cities has been expanded exponentially, prompting an intense deficiency of drinking water. Lamentably, with decreasing assets of drinking water, the human conduct towards water protection isn’t evolving. During the present investigation, endeavours have been made to evaluate the diverse salary bunch purchaser’s conduct as for the decreasing water supply. It has been seen that because of little mindfulness, individuals are utilizing substantially more water than it is required. This should be tended to quickly by changing open observation towards water use through media and by sorting out open mindfulness programs. It is trusted that the after effects of the investigation would profit the urban advancement experts in streamlining the current water assets through appropriate dissemination framework viz a viz society. The expanding deficiencies in urban water supplies were not just on account of the quicker development in the urban populace yet additionally because of the wasteful administration and use of water separated from the advanced urban ways of life. It is in this setting imperative to analyze different parts of urban water supply (i.e., request, supply, deficiencies, funds, the executives, and so forth) so as to figure fitting arrangements. The issues faced by these cities are discussed in this paper with some prospects.

ABSTRACT
VANETs have gained great focus among the researchers since last few decades. The areas of great interest are the types of routing, and quality of service (Qos). The main challenge is to find the ways to counter the continuously changing VANETs topologies and its high speed nature, and then determining which routing protocols are best suited for a particular transmission type; and which ones provide more consistent and stable routing performances. Routing in networking is one of the key factors in determining how effective and efficient data packets can be transmitted within a network environment. As the topology is consistently ever-changing a reliable communication with needed QoS is of utmost importance. QoS with respect to routing protocol is a domain which demands improvement. Great efforts have and are still being made to improve the routing capabilities of the protocols in existence to enhance QoS mechanisms in routing protocols.

ABSTRACT
Under the patronage of the Sena king Laksmanasena, the study of Sanskrit in Bengal where it was not much enraging up to the time of the beginning of Sena rule, presumably because of the Buddhist influence. He himself composed several Sanskrit verses and some of them are preserved in the Saduktikarnamrita. He also completed the Advutsagara which was left unfinished by his father Vallalasena. His court was ornamented with a large number of famous poets such as Jaydeva, Sarana, Dhoyi, Umapatidhara, Halayudha Misra and other eminent poet’s. At any rate Dhoyi, have been looked upon as the poet-laureate of the Sena Court becauseJaydeva calls him Kaviksmapati, i.e., the king of the poets Joydeva the celebrated author of Gitgovinda, Umapotidhara, the composer of the Deoparaprasasti of the time of VijoyaSena also lived in the period of Laksmanasena. Merutunga in his Prabandha-Cintamani speaks of Umapatidhara as a minister of Laksmanasena. On the other hand, Halayudha Misra was a brilliant luminary in the galaxy of talents that adorned the court of king Laksmanasena in the 12thcentury AD. Halayudha,a versatile scholar equally at home in the different branches oflearning, had acquired proficiency specially in Veda,Purana, Mimamsa and Dharma Sastra. So in this discussion we will try to know the vast literary work in short from in our limited Knowledge.

ABSTRACT
Generally, now-a-days growth of population increasing day by day leading to high demand of automobiles, leading to congestion, traffic hazards and resulting in road accidents and deaths. Majority of deaths occurred due to drowsiness and failure of reaching ambulance to the location on time which increases the chances of death of the victim. Therefore, life of victim is under high risk. This abstract proposes a system which consists of alerting system as well as rescue system. Alerting system alerts the driver with a buzzer using image processing if driver is feeling drowsy. Even if an accident occurred it is detected through vibration sensors which are connected to raspberry pi which collects information from the nature of the driver’s eye as well as from sensors. And the location details of accident area are transmitted to the servers’ using IoT. The “Ubidots” cloud is used to store the obtained results into the server and is used to envision results in its platform, whereas “IFTTT” named cloud is used and its applets sends a message to the parents of the victim. An MSS mobile application is used for the internal communication of the ambulance drivers. In this way by utilizing this accident alert and rescue system diminishes the death rate and also saves not only lives but families.

ABSTRACT
In today’s world of ever-growing technology security matters a lot and when it comes to personal or precious things or the family’s security it becomes even more important. So, for that very purpose we install CCTV, trap wires, sensors in order to stop intrusions or burglary. But this system has their own disadvantage and for that we propose a system which instantly gives you the output of the intrusion detected in the house or in the office or anywhere we install it. And for this we make use of piezo sensors to detect instantly and quickly any movement detected with use of IR sensor, camera and Raspberry pie. And hence when one gets the message and the image or the video clip he/she can instantly message his/her neighbour or the nearest police station in order to take action since this system will also consider the use GSM which can send message to more people so that if one ignores other might see it and hence action based on the message can be taken. We also propose a device which can be installed on the precious devices which can be tracked through GPS technology and hence the house or any other environment becomes burglary/intrusion free and hence one can now go anywhere without being stressed about the house or precious things or family. To see the image, we also make availability of APP.

ABSTRACT
Information is rising exponentially over the Internet. The World Wide Web has emerged as a treasure trove of knowledge and provide relevant information pertaining to any exclusive topic as per the individual’s performance or demand. Frequently, the user gets confused while seeing such a large number of over the Internet to choose which one to buy. In this situation, it is essential to filter the available information so as to recommend user about items and determine what different users prescribe. To avoid information overload, we can employ the recommended system that helps us to effectively filter, prioritize and deliver tremendously vital information. A recommendation system refers to a system that can personalize or filter preference in a set of items. Various similarity measures are the key to the analysis. The collaborative filtering recommendation system is supported to be the best approach for personalized user or service recommendations. User-based collaborative filtering approach possesses certain shortcomings, thus item-based collaborative filtering method is taken into consideration. To fill this gap, we compared correlation similarity measures and the distance similarity measures to study the performance of various existing similarity calculation models in order to enhance the recommendation performance. The results of the study were then used to develop an improved method by employing statistical accuracy metrics to give the most accurate recommendation. Therefore, similarity measures can be assessed and contrasted with the outcomes of the similarity measures as discussed in this study. The objective of this paper is to identify appropriate distance measures for datasets and furthermore to facilitate comparison and assessment of the proposed similarity measures with that of conventional ones.

ABSTRACT
Language Translation (LT) pertains to translation of one natural language to other by using automated computing. The main objective is to fill the language gap between two different languages speaking people, communities or countries. In India, we have multiple and hugely diverse languages and scripts, hence scope and need of language translation is immense. A translation system essentially takes a text in one language (called the source language (SL)), and translates it into another language (called the target language (TL)). The source and target languages are natural languages such as English, Hindi, etc. Hence a translation system can be said to be doing natural language processing (NLP). In this paper, we proposed a system which takes an input in English Language and translates it into Sindhi Language by using Vocabulary and Grammar (parts of speech & subject + verb + object).
