ABSTRACT
Currently, the use of biosensors is crucial in diagnosis, monitoring progression of a disease, food safety standards, drug development and biomedical research. Physiological changes of any medical state or pathogenic process altered during disease progression are characterized by measurable indicators known as biomarkers. Neurological Disorders pose a great burden on global population because of progressive deterioration of neuronal cells such as in Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). AD is major contributor of dementia diagnosed by certain biomarkers as Amyloid-β (Aβ) peptide and Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein (GFAP) levels in Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) and Blood plasma. Therefore, it is cardinal to understand some powerful analytical tools which have the capacity to identify even the smallest physiological change in sufferers’ body in the level of Aβ with great sensitivity. Since, collection of CSF via lumbar puncture is quite uncomfortable so blood based biosensing is an alternate approach for quantification, to overcome the drawbacks of routine screening programs. The detection limit of Aβ peptide and GFAP has been found in the range 2.4-3.6 pg/ml and 0.2-0.5pg/ml of plasma respectively. It is believed that optical biosensing of blood-based biomarkers of the AD in the early diagnosis of AD will prove a milestone and give a jump to the disease therapeutics.

ABSTRACT
On account of the importance of the fractional integral operators in the theory of integral equations, in the derivation of functional relations and other allied topics, these operators have been studied from time to time by a number of authors notably Riemann-Liouville and Weyl, Kalla and Saxena [6, 7], Kiryakova [8], Saxena and Kumbhat [11], Kalla [4, 5], Gupta and Soni [1], Jain and Sharma [3] and Jain and Agarwal [2]. A systematic account of fractional integral operators studied by various researchers has been given in the work of Srivastava and Saxena [12].
In the present paper we study a pair of a general class of fractional integral operators involving the product of general sequence of functions, Fox H-function and the H -function as their kernels. We first define and give the conditions of existence of the operators of our study and then obtain the images of multivariable H-function under these operators.

ABSTRACT
The presence of ozone (O3) in the stratosphere plays a crucial role in determining the survival of mankind. It acts as a barrier and soaks up most of the ultraviolet radiation emitted by the sun. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 15 to 35 kilometers from the surface of the earth. There are variances in the thickness of the ozone layer across different seasons and regions. Numerous occurrences in the areas of planets, living organisms, and the natural world rely on it. The environment is highly impacted by human actions in several scenarios. One of the consequences is damage inflicted upon the ozone layer. The objective of this article is to analyze the causative factors, processes, impacts on living organisms, and preventive measures of the depletion of the ozone layer. Halons and chlorofluorocarbons belong to the group of powerful agents that deplete the ozone layer. The rise in UV radiation reaching the earth’s surface and its consequences on both human wellbeing and the environment are among the primary reasons for the prevalent anxiety regarding the depletion of the ozone layer. It remains uncertain whether there is a possibility of ozone restoration. A comprehensive review paper was compiled by gathering information from reputable international journals, environmental reports from reputable organizations, and e-books. The gathered data was focused on investigating the effects of ozone depletion on human health.

ABSTRACT
In this paper, a novel self-localization procedure for wireless sensor networks is accessible. Due to errors in calculating universal coordinates and inappropriate relative pairwise distance assessment, the errors in the appraisal of localization may happen. Minimization of these errors is necessary for effective localization arrangements. In irregular or sparse networks, the earlier proposed DV-Hop positioning procedure shows poor accuracy and not effective. To avoid the weaknesses of this procedure, in this work an enhanced DV-Hop procedure for self- localization (EDVHPSL) is proposed. The anticipated EDVHPSL method delivers improvement in results in relations of localization error. MATLAB simulations have been performed to implement the proposed EDVHPSL by changing the benchmark parameters during simulation process. The parameters are number of beacon nodes, range, number of sensor nodes and hop count.

ABSTRACT
This paper proposes anew technique for the design of multirate filter banks with linear phase in frequency domain. To match the ideal system response, low-pass analysis prototype filter response is optimized to minimize an objective function. The objective function is formulated as a weighted sum of pass-band error and stop-band residual energy of low-pass analysis filter, the square error of the overall transfer function at the quadrature frequency and amplitude distortion of the filter bank. Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) method is used to minimize the objective function by optimizing the filter tap weights of the prototype filter. Simulation results show that the proposed method is able to perform better than other existing methods.

ABSTRACT
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) a picture-processing system, uses the vehicle’s number plate to identify it. The goal is to provide an affordable automatic approved vehicle identification system using the licence plate of the car. For the security management of a highly limited area, such as military zones or the area surrounding important government buildings, such as Parliament, the Supreme Court, etc., the system is enforced on the doorway. The devised technology first detects the car and then takes a picture of it. Using image segmentation in a picture, the vehicle number plate region is extracted. Character recognition is done using an optical character recognition approach. The resulting data is then used to compare with records on a data to produce accurate information such as the owner of the car, the location of registration, the address, etc. The system is implemented, simulated, and evaluated using real images in Matlab. The experiment shows that the created algorithm successfully recognises and detects the car number plate on genuine photos.

ABSTRACT
Technical meaning of cloud computingis distributed computing, storing, sharing and accessing data over the Internet. It provides lots of shared resources to the users available on the basis ofpay as you go service, means users pay only for those services which are used by him according to their access times. The data processing and storage amountis increasing very fast day by day in cloud environment. This leads to an uneven distribution of overall work on cloud resources. There are different scheduling algorithms which are already present in the cloud computing, and some of them include the Shortest Job First (SJF), First Come First Serve (FCFS), Round Robin (RR) etc. Though there are different parameters to consider when load balancingin cloud computing, make span (time difference between start time of first task and finish of last task on the same machine) and response time are the most important parameters. To get the better of load balancing problem this paper provides a summary of evolutionary and swarm based algorithms which will help to get control of such problem in different environment of cloud.

ABSTRACT
Implementing traffic regulations and recommendations among street users is a huge challenge because of the growing population, which is currently estimated to reach 8 billion people, and their increasing reliance on vehicles for transportation. A robotized framework that screens the drivers using a pre-defined sense of knowledge is necessary for this. It is necessary to use a Moving Vehicle Identification and Acknowledgment Calculation, which automates access to key information from data frameworks holding and monitoring information bases on vehicles and their advances, to a number plate. This article provides data on calculations that analyse number plate regions, focus and fragment character sets, and finally recognise an enrolment number from a vehicle image. The Picture Handling Tool Kit is used in MATLAB programming. Moving automobiles can be acknowledged by their licence plates using Egyptian tags. The characters’ highlights are then extracted by the framework from a computerised camcorder’s captured image. Then, it uses a convolution brain organisation to match the plate’s numbers and letters. Finally, the design that complemented the data base and the characters removed from the vehicle picture was connected to recognise an alphanumeric person to understand the car enrolment number.

ABSTRACT
The act of tilling and nurturing the land, engaging in the growth and harvest of various crops, and managing the rearing of domesticated animals is commonly denoted as the agricultural enterprise of farming. The significance of agriculture is indispensable in enhancing a nation’s economic growth and development. Fruit is considered a type of perishable agricultural commodity. The Vitis genus, consisting of approximately 60 to 80 species of climbing plants within the Vitaceae family, is indigenous to the northern temperate region. This genus encompasses cultivars that can be consumed as fresh produce, sun-dried for the production of raisins, or extracted for the manufacturing of grape juice or wine. The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become prevalent within the realm of precision agriculture as a means of assessing the food quality. This notion is particularly pertinent when evaluating crops during different stages of harvest and post harvest. It is imperative that fruits are harvested at an appropriate stage of maturity to ensure optimal quality and enhanced storability. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs), which belong to the category of feedforward artificial neural networks, have demonstrated efficacious implementation in the field of agriculture for the purpose of image segmentation and object classification. The application of these techniques possesses the potential to facilitate the identification of objects of significant relevance, such as fruits or leaves, in agricultural imagery. Consequently, it presents itself as a viable and efficacious approach towards addressing the inherent obstacles encountered in large-scale agricultural operations. The present investigation puts forth a novel grape quality forecast model utilizing machine learning methods and image processing techniques to ascertain the ripeness and size of grapes. The corpus was generated through the acquisition of photographic representations of diverse grape cultivars at varying growth phases, harvested from assorted vineyards. The utilization of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) in modelling has resulted in the attainment of remarkable accuracy levels in grape size and ripeness prediction. The investigation resulted in a noteworthy model that attained an optimal precision level of 100% in anticipate grape dimensions and maturity. Prospective research endeavours could centre on enhancing the performance of the model, augmenting the scope of the dataset, and creating an instantaneous prognostication system for the management of vineyards.

ABSTRACT
A blood collection monitor is a medical device used to prevent blood clotting and ensure proper mixing of anticoagulant fluid in the blood bag during a blood transfusion. This study focuses on designing an automated blood collection system with an inbuilt mixer for blood transfusions. The proposed design is equipped with a safety system in the form of a barrier indicator that is linked to an alarm. The alarm is triggered to alert the blood donor if there is an obstacle or if the blood volume in the bag does not increase by at least 20ml in one minute, according to the World Blood Bank Association guidelines. The device is compatible with three different sizes of blood bags. The amount of blood fluid entering the bag is detected using a load cell sensor and then converted into milliliter volume. An Arduino microcontroller controls the motor that drives the shaker used to collect the blood. The measurement results show no deviation, UA, or average error for the entire size of the blood bag, indicating that the device is reliable. In the future, the blood infusion system can be further developed to include flow rate measurements to determine the speed of blood during transfusion.
